工作原理

BWY-803系列 温控器应用“热胀冷缩原理,在密闭系统内充满了感温介质。当感温头放入被测物质中，而物质的temperature发生变化时，由于填充介质的热胀冷缩，感温头内部的填充介质发生了体积变化，这体积变化通过毛细管传递至表头内部的弹性元件，使之发生了相应位移，该位移量经放大机构放大后，便可直接指示被测物质’s temperature。同时，位移量也传递给了转动开关’触发开关闭合，输出信号。从而达到控制variancepresser oil temperature、report alarm、trip breaker等功能。

BWY(WTYK)-802A、803A、804type variancepresser temperature indicator采用复合传感技术，即instrumentation warm pack推动elastic element's同时，可同步output Pt100 thermoelectric resistance signal，此signal可远transmit到hundred of meters外of control room通过XMT series digital thermometer instrument synchronize display and control variancepresser oil temperature. Also can through XMT series digital thermometer instrument将Pt100 thermoelectric resistance signal转换成与computer network直流standard signal（0～5V、1～5V、4～20mA）output. Adopt external wiring box for easy user connection.
