不锈钢槽钢是一种截面形状为凹槽形的长条钢材，与普通工字钢具有相同的特性，不锈steel槽steel也分为普通槽steel和轻型槽steel两种，规格表示方法同样以腰高×腿宽×腰厚毫米数表示，如120×53×5槽steel，即腰高120mm、圆管需在型号右边加a、b、c等予以区别。通常，不锈鋼slab steel以腰高厘米数表示其型号，如上述类型称为12#slab steel。规格范围从5-40#，包括及标志等要求按GB2101-80规定执行。
热轧不锈鋼ordinary slab steel（GB707-88）主要用于建筑结构、车辆制造和其他工业结构，常与工字鋼配合使用。热轧不锈鋼lightweight slab steel（YB164-63）是一种腿宽壁薄的鋼材，比普通熱轧slab steel有较好的经济效果，其规格型号范围从5-40#，1966年冶标规定规格范围从10-40#。主要用途是建筑和鋼架结构等用。
常用的不銬Steel materials include: 304(0Cr18Ni9)、309S(0Cr23Ni13)、310S(1Cr25Ni20Si2)、314(0Cr25Ni20Si2)、316(0Cr17Ni12Mo2)、316L(00Cr17Ni14Mo2)、321(1Cr18Ni9Ti) and 630 (0 Cr17 Ni4Cu4Nb). Special materials can be customized. Dimensions: 4020 -200100mm, Thickness: 4 -12mm.
The common austenitic stainless Steel properties and applications are as follows:
-SUS301—-(17 Cr7 Ni low carbon) Characteristics: With less Cr, Ni content than SUS304, cold working strength and hardness increase; no magnetic property but becomes magnetic after cold working. Applications: Railways, aircraft, conveyor belts, vehicles, screws, nuts, springs etc.
-SUS301L—-(17 Cr7 Ni N low carbon) Characteristics: Based on SUS301 Steel foundation with lower C content to improve weldability of corrosion-resistant zones; adding N element to compensate for the insufficient strength due to reduced C content ensures the strength of the material. Applications: Railway vehicle structural parts and exterior decorative materials.
-SUS304—-(0CR18NI9) Characteristics: A widely used stainless Steel with excellent corrosion resistance & heat resistance; low temperature strength & mechanical properties; good hot workability & no hardening phenomenon after heat treatment (non-magnetic); suitable for use between -196°C & 800°C. Applications include household items (Class I/II tableware), car components (windscreen wipers), molds etc., medical equipment building materials chemical industry food processing agriculture shipbuilding parts.
-SUS304L—-(00CR19NI10) Characteristics: As a low-C version of SUS304 L Stainless Steel has similar corrosion resistance as SUS304 in general conditions but better intergranular corrosion resistance after welding or stress relief without additional heat treatment maintaining good corrosion resistance at temperatures up to -196°C & 800°C.
