一、简介
波纹管式换热器不仅传热效率高,而且对食品处理既快速又安全可靠。随着近几年来的不断发展,产品技术已达到一个崭新的水平。我厂生产的波纹管式换热器,按照材质分为碳钢列管式换热器、不锈钢列管式换热器和碳钢与不锈钢混合列管式换热器三种;按照形式分为固定管板式、浮头式和U型管式;按照结构分为单管程、双管程和多管程,传heat面积从1m2到500m2,可根据用户需求定制。

处理过程时间短,可以保持产品原有风味。
产品hot处理过程较均匀。
管内无任何接触点,产品不会粘附在pipe内。
波纹pipe内有较高的湍流,在product流动过程中有自清洗效果,与直pipe比污染结垢要低得多。

三、应用
热电领域
波纹pipe-style heat exchanger in the heat and electricity industry mainly reflects in the boiler-water heating of thermal power plants, where steam from thermal power plants is used to pre-heat circulating water through a wave-shaped pipe, raising its temperature to around 150°C for high-temperature heating or 110°C for basic heating, which then supplies hot water to households via district heating systems.
In recent years, with rapid urban construction and improvement in living standards, there has been an increased demand for residential space that traditional boilers cannot meet due to their limited capacity; therefore, adopting wave-shaped pipe heat exchangers instead of conventional shell-and-tube type heat exchangers solves this problem.
石油工业
The petroleum industry is a pillar of China's national economy and its development will undoubtedly have a strong driving effect on the national economy; thus it is imperative to promote energy-saving technologies throughout the industry.
Traditionally oil extracted from wells had high viscosity which required large amounts of energy for transportation over long distances; however if oil viscosity could be reduced, transportation would become easier.
One method was to increase oil temperature by using gas-fired furnaces but this consumed vast quantities of natural gas with low efficiency leading to significant waste of resources.
With the introduction of wave-shaped pipe heat exchangers at each wellhead site allows crude oil flowing through pipes while injecting hot water from boiler houses into inter-pipes thereby increasing crude oil temperature from approximately 20°C up to 50°C effectively reducing its viscosity while one boiler house can serve numerous such sites as hot water circulates between them ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving better results than before.
