非标定制板式杀菌机,专为小型食品高温灭菌设备而设计,是果汁饮料的守护者。采用现代工程领域广泛应用的新型高效BR、BP板式换热器,通过物料和过热蒸汽(或过热水)的非接触性热交换,使流体物料在较短时间内达到要求的杀菌温度,传热效果好且易于清洗,是牛奶、果汁、蔬菜汁等流体饮料的理想灭菌设备。

本机可用于液态饮料食品无菌热处理系统,利用高精度的产品/水的温差控制,产品由平衡罐输入到换热器内,在加热部分与杀过菌的热物料进行换heat后使冷material温度升到预定值,然后通过由蒸汽加heated by steam water间接加hot to 120℃, material in the holding tank维持所要求temperature一段时间进行超high-temperature kill bacteria, from the holding tank出来后与进入machine内cold material进行heat exchange, 最后在cooling segment冷却到预定的出口temperature,整个过程均在封闭状态下进行, 达到保证material生物稳定的目的。

并可根据用户对material heat up、keep warm、kill cold down of different process requirements for specific combination system design to meet various process requirements.
